India vs Bangladesh

Convincing win for India in the end as they defeat Bangladesh by 25 runs in their first game to kick start the tournament on a high. Chasing 181, they restricted their opposition to only 155 for 8 in their 20 overs. Bangladesh did hand India some tense moments at the start of the second innnings but then it was Pragyan Ojha whose excellent line and length helped him pick up 4 for 21 in his 4 overs and allowed India to slow down the Bangladesh attack. Siddique played a handy knock at the start but did not find any suppport from the other end. Towards the end, Naeem Islam did entertain with his risk free stroke play but it was all too late for his side. Stay tuned for the presentation news..

Pragyan Ojha is the Man of the Match for his outstanding bowling performance that helped India to defend their total successfully. He surely does cement his place with that bowling effort.
