Sri Lanka vs India

India have won the match by 147 runs having bowled Sri Lanka out for 216 runs and now go up 3-0 in the 5-match ODI series. Its been a brilliant victory. The 364 run target was always going to be an uphill task for Sri Lanka and they lost Jayasuriya early. Skipper Jayawardena along with K.Sangakkara shared a good 67 run partnership but after the fall of Jayawardena, they kept losing wickets at regular intervals and the required rate kept mounting up. The Indian bowlers did well to keep their calm at the point when the Lankan batsmen were going after them. India with this win, have now won eight consecutive One Day Internationals, which equals their best run and it's only their second bilateral series win in Sri Lanka. P.Ojha, the youngster bowled a brilliant spell of off-spin bowling finishing with 4-38 off his 10 overs. Praveen Kumar was also impressive picking up the crucial wickets of S.Jayasuriya and M.Jayawardena.
