What a finish to a thrilling contest between this two sides. In the end, India have won the match by 15 runs. India hence make it 7 games in a row now. That is a stunning performance by Team India in the ODI format. They even go 2-0 up in the 5 match series against the home side Sri Lanka. All credit to Ishant Sharma who bowled his heart out towards the end in this match. He finished with figures of 4-57, other bowlers supported him well. Thilina Kandamby was the one who stayed there till the end for the home side and always provided a chance for the win. But did not get the desired result in the end, he played an outstanding innings of 93 not out. The presentation ceremony is on, stay tuned for the related updates..

The Man of the Match is awarded to Ishant Sharma for his outstanding bowling performance in the match. You got to feel for the young Kandamby but Ishant clearly deserved it.
